Terms

Gator Grocery is a grocery-savings planning service that helps users discover local deals, compare relevant offers, and organize a shopping plan.

Deal accuracy

We work to show only current, exact-store verified pricing where required, but retailers can change prices, inventory, eligibility, and promotion terms at any time. The retailer's checkout price and terms control the final purchase.

Shopping plans

Shopping-list matches and Shopping Plan suggestions are planning aids. A list item is not silently replaced by a suggested offer; user-selected choices remain the source of truth for chosen substitutions.

Subscriptions

Gator Grocery membership is $1.50 per month. Eligible accounts can start one 7-day free trial with no charge to begin; after the trial, continued full access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through PayPal and continue until canceled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit abusive or automated spam, or interfere with the site's operation.

Changes

The service and these terms may evolve as Gator Grocery adds stores, coverage, and features. Material service changes will be reflected in the product experience.
