Gator Grocery uses account, ZIP-code, shopping-list, billing, and contact information only to provide and improve the service, keep user-specific data scoped correctly, and support customer requests.

What we store

Depending on which features you use, we may store saved ZIP markets, shopping-list items and selected deals, subscription status, complimentary-access status, and messages submitted through the Contact Us form. Saved ZIP history is limited to the seven most recently used ZIPs per account. Price-history observations and supporting collection evidence are retained for up to one year and then automatically pruned.

Contact messages

Contact submissions are private and are visible only to the site owner/admin for support purposes. They are not published on the website.

Local deal data

Gator Grocery combines retailer and circular information with exact-store verification rules before shopper-visible prices are shown. Deal data may change after collection, so final pricing should be confirmed with the retailer.

Payments

Paid Gator Grocery subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Gator Grocery stores subscription status and provider identifiers needed to manage access, but does not store full payment-card details.

Analytics

Gator Grocery uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic, page usage, referral sources, and general engagement so the service can be improved. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data according to Google's own privacy practices.
